About Crafted Stone Garden Ornaments

Welcome to our brand-new website! We are Crafted Stone and we supply our concrete garden ornaments to the trade only. Businesses who order our items include Garden Centres, Florists, Home and DIY Stores, Garden Nurseries and many more.

Let us tell you a bit about ourselves, Crafted Stone is owned and run by Thomas Hallwood. He bought the business in the summer of 2020 however Thomas was involved with the previous owners since 2018. Between all team members at Crafted Stone, we have been making and selling garden ornaments for over 30 years, both in this country and abroad.

All of our range of items are made right here in the UK, in the North West. We have a small team of talented, reliable and hard-working people who strive to deliver high quality concrete ornaments.

We currently have over 200 unique products and we are continuously adding to our wonderful range. Our best sellers include the Bird Baths, Rabbit Ornaments and Terracotta Warriors along with Monkeys, Owls and many other quirky pieces.

 

Our Process

Let us tell you about the process we go through once you have placed an order with us… Once we have received your order, we then give you a 10–14-day turnaround. If in the rare occurrence the time scale was going to be longer, we will ensure to give you plenty of notice. Once your order is complete, we then arrange a delivery with you which will be personally delivered by a member of the Crafted Stone team.

We have a small minimum order of £500 and depending where you are based within England, Wales and Scotland there will be an additional delivery fee to be added which will apply automatically at the checkout.

 

The Future

Our dreams and plans for Crafted Stone are for all Garden Centres within the UK to stock our garden ornaments. This may seem extreme and perhaps a little out of reach right now, however we truly believe in our products and we know that our quality cannot be beaten especially when considering our competitive price mark and healthy profit margins.

Our mission is to form long lasting working relationships with all of our customer and we will always aim to go above and beyond to deliver the best quality product alongside an exceptionally helpful and friendly service.
